Networking Mixers

On November 11, I attended the International Special Events Mixer (ISES) at the St. Regis Hotel near the Moscone Center in San Francisco. Met lots of wonderful folks and the food was top notch.

Then in the evening, I was the official photographer for the Association for Wedding Professionals
International (afwpi). It was held in Pleasanton and I knew many of the attendees already from having been a professional photographer through the years. We are all adapting the modern creative changes and our work reflects the latest trends in the industry. The photos are taken by myself of the event.

Photography Seminar

Today I took an all day workshop in flow posing the bride and groom, and finding the light and backgrounds for amazing wedding photos. I was not disappointed. He knew in an instant where to go and which looks to go for. I am impressed. Photos were taken at the seminar.

Weddings and Bar Bat Mitzvahs

In October, I photographed three weddings and one Bat Mitzvah.
In November, I photographed one Bat Mitzvah and one wedding.
All were the best and each one had really positive and fun things about them.
They were on the Peninsula, San Francisco and Marin. I received some really amazing emails from the brides and moms who said fabulous things about working with me and the quality of my work. Everything is available to preview in the studio.

Meeting with Wedding Planner

Today I met with a wedding planner who I met at the Bay Area Wedding Network function at Flood Mansion the week before. She really liked my work and said she would recommend me to her clients. This is good news and I look forward to working with her. She had already voted by absentee ballot and I had already voted in the morning. So we both could turn our attention to networking and still be home in time to view the results on TV.
